Kurukshetra- This historic town is where Lord Krishna is believed to have preached the Bhagwad Gita to a hesitant Arjuna on the battle4fields of the Mahabharata. Kurukshetra is a 2 and half hour drive from Delhi along the Grand Trunk (Karna) Road.
