I got to know that the Duke of York, Prince Andrew, will attend the 50th Merdeka bash on Friday. He is the second son of Queen Elizabeth II. He will be in Malaysia for three days from Wednesday. This is confirmed by the British High Commissioner to Malaysia Boyd Mcleary.
The Prince Andrew’s visit was the highlight of the British High Commission’s "Malaysia & UK: Forward Together" campaign. Prince Andrew would kick off his visit with a meeting with the Johor Menteri Besar and a visit to the Iskandar Development Region.
