Awana Genting Highland Golf & Country Resort

As most of you all know, I am one of the top 5 in recent All Malaysian Bloggers' contest. Well, I have got mine prizes already. I went to Sunway Pyramid to pick it up. Thank you The Star! Thank you every one!

Since I'm going to stay there for 3 days 2 nights there, I might as well write about the hotel. Awana Genting Highlands is near to Kuala Lumpur. It is just an hour from KL. It is located on the way to Genting Theme park which is situated on the top to the peak. I have been there many times. I love the weather, much cooler than KL. Sometimes there are a lot of fog and difficult to see the road too.. It has a abundant greenery and lush panoramas. It is certainly a prefect short get away for most KLian especially during short weekend break.

These are some of the facilities and services available in the hotel:

Tennis, Football filed, Squash, Badminton, Heated pool, Snooker & pool, table tennis, driving range volley ball court, karaoke, archery, horse riding, 18-hole golf course etc..

WOW! There are a lot of things to do.. definitely want to test the horse riding, never been on a horse before. I heard it is a very good exercise, even our previous PM, Dr Mahathir choose horse riding as his favorite past time...

I thought it is an excellence idea. Langkawi is beautiful and have excellence scenic view. By hiring a good professional photographer, you will be guaranteed an excellence and memorable pictures.

I browse through their pictures gallery and blog. I must say that this photographer produces quality pictures. I even read the guest signed book and noted that most of their previous clients are happy and satisfied with their services. Malaysia Shopping Heaven - 3 Mega Complexes opening in September

This is a very exciting development in Malaysia especially in Kuala Lumpur. Although more shopping malls means more traffic jam, but these Malls will bring more economical benefits to all of us i.e. more jobs created, more customers choices etc.

All of them are racing to open this month is because of festive and holiday seasons are right at the corner. Hari Raya is in mid-October, followed by Deepavali in November and Christmas and the school holidays in December.

Come Sept 20, the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur will start its business. It is located on Jalan Bukit Bintang. Among the top brands available are Aigner, Coach, Ermenegildo Zegna, Hermes, Hugo Boss and Versace. They are also introducing new brands in Malaysia like Joan & David, Kiehl's, LIULIGONGFANG, Mandarina Duck, Okaidi & Obaibi, Reiss, Shanghai Tang and Thomas Pink.

Then on Sept 26, The Garden Galleria at Mid Valley will opens its door. This upmarket fashion-focused shopping gallery will be anchored by Robinsons of Singapore and Isetan of Japan. Exclusive international fashion labels from the Melium, The Link, FJ benjamin and Royal Sporting House will be available including some of the current favourites like Coach, Hugo Boss, Aigner, Banana Republic, Ted Baker and Massimo Dutti.

Lastly on Sept 30, Sunway Pyramid will re-open its doors to the public. The mall has made 360 degree makeover. It kept its branding i.e. the themed shopping mall.

Fed vs Pete's ticket on sale tomorrow

Finally, I got to know that the "Clash of Times" tickets are on sale starting from tomorrow. There are quite a number of queries about this games on my blog. Certainly everyone is looking forward to this match. I certainly confident that it will be a memorable one.

The tickets are priced between RM83 to RM443.(Refer to the seating plan) This is a hotline +603 7880 7999 to buy the tickets. The match will take place on Nov 22 at the Melawati Stadium in Shah Alam Selangor.
