Elephants located here are rescued from the wild and taken for rehabilitation to teach them to co-exist peacefully with man. Children enjoy bathing with elephants; the experience starts with a ride on the pachyderm's back before plunging into the cool river. These creatures are well trained, very gentle and obedient.
Other activities include feeding and grooming these magnificent animals. Showers and toilets are on hand and rustic wooden houses are available as picnic and relaxation spots.
