How To Prevent Jet Lag

Many people suffer from jet lag after a flight distance and pass through several time zones. Although there is no effective way to avoid jet lag, but there are some things you can do that can help your body adjust to new time zones.

Try going to bed earlier several days prior to departure and sleep as much as possible during the flight. Earplugs and blindfolds may be used to help reduce noise and light.

Many side effects of jet lag, which aggravate the condition, caused by dehydration. So, avoid alcohol, coffee, tea and other
caffeinated beverages and drink plenty of mineral water during the flight.

A little light in-flight exercise can help reduce back pain, leg swelling, and fatigue in general. Perform regular stretching and a walk in the corridor of the plane to prevent freezing of blood.

Finally, on the first day you arrive at your destination, relax. Enjoy your travel a pleasant after that are just starting out activities according to local time.
